Purchasing Information

Purchasing Online

In order to purchase one of our products online, simply add to cart and follow the instructions given. At the Checkout, you will find an “Order notes” box; please feel free to add specific measurements or details about your piece as we are made to order.

Product availability

All of our products on the website are available as they are made to order. For special orders and bespoke pieces please contact our Atelier.

Shipping 

Shipping options

All of our orders are automatically shipped with Fedex Economy (5-6 days on international orders). To complete the purchase, the Client is required to acknowledge that any custom duties and taxes  that apply in the country of destination are Client’s responsibility.

For Fedex Priority shipping (2 days on international orders) please contact sales@esmevie.com before completing your order. 

Tracking

You will receive a Fedex tracking number along with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. 

Returns

As all of our orders are made to order, Esme Vie does not accept returns nor cancellations

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we offer the opportunity to get in touch with our Atelier or Personal shopper to verify your order and measurements.

If your order on arrival does not fit you correctly, you have the possibility to send it back to our Atelier for it to be altered according to need. In this case, all shipping costs will be at the client’s expense.
